How does a healthy gut effect skin issues?

Skin issues have everything to do with a healthy gut. As discussed before, layers of infection can overcome the integrity of the gut leading to a condition called leaky gut syndrome. Leaky Gut Syndrome in my opinion is the cause or a major contributing factor in all diseases. That is a very bold statement, but when you understand the effect of healthy bowels and your health, you will understand. Ultimately, you will see how the gut is directly related to skin issues.

The skin is the last stop along the path of detoxification, but it all starts in the gut. The toxic environment we live in, causes stress in the gut. This stress leads to loss of good bacteria of the Biome of the gut. Like grass on a lawn, good bacteria protect the bowel from invaders such as harmful bacteria, fungus/mold, parasites, and virus. Like weeds that take over an area of grass that is thin and weak, these layers of infection can invade. As they invade, they cause inflammation that ultimately leads to opening up of the mucosal layer of the gut. This fissuring is microscopic, but allows an overload of toxins into the blood and ultimately the liver. When the liver becomes overloaded with toxins and is unable to conjugate the toxins, it shunts the overload to the kidneys, lungs, and ultimately to the skin.

The skin is the largest organ of the body and one of its main functions is to remove toxins from the body. If the other organs of detox are working correctly such as the liver, kidney, and lung, the skin does not have to do so much. If the skin is overloaded with toxins, it can become weakened and layers of infection can start to grow there as well.

One of the most common infections of the skin is fungus. Fungus can come from the inside out. In other words, if there is fungus in the bowel or anywhere in the body, often it is pushed out through the skin. This can be treated topically as well as internally. In fact, I treat skin issues both topically and internally. You can take two teaspoons twice a day internally and also apply structured silver on the area of concern four times per day.

How can Salus Defense Structured Silver help? First, it treats the layers of infection in the gut. Take at least two teaspoons twice per day for two months to remove the fungus/mold, bacteria, parasites, and viruses, and see how you feel in your gut issues. Second, support the Biome of the gut with a good acidophiles or probiotic. Third, take herbal supplements to support the gut. There are many good types at the health food store. Fourth, take a digestive enzyme to help with extra stress on digestion. Most digestive enzymes have protease for protein, amylase for carbohydrate, and lipase for fats.

Now that you have taken a good look at your gut and focused on healing your Leaky Gut Syndrome, now you can focus on your skin issue. Again, swab your skin at least four times per day to have the healing effects of structured silver. Soaking in Epsom salts is an effective way to pull toxins out of the skin. Far infrared saunas is a great way to detox as the far infrared waves penetrated up to an inch which causes deep skin cleansing. Exercising and sweating thoroughly is also an important part of skin health.
